Team Building

These sessions will be arranged for the convenience of the participants and their work base and can be arranged at weekends or evenings if required

• Teams will look closely at stress times and likely triggers for difficult behaviour
• What works well and what is causing individuals or the team problems
• Staff will look at their own contribution to the team and clients they offer a service to.
• Checks mad e to ensure everyone is aware of, and keeping to procedures them

The aim is to discuss issues, create solutions and achieve a system that is supportive, open to new ideas and which maintains good practice
