Caring - Consulting - Listening - Learning

This service is delivered by suitably qualified staff who also have a good understanding of the service area and are considered experts in their field and will cover the following areas.

It will provide an opportunity to:

• Reflect for staff that might have experienced a situation they found to be threatening or difficult to manage
• Have time to allow all areas to be put in perspective
• Express feelings about what has happened

The process is designed to support, enable and develop positive practice and take the best possible care of you. Following a request our support service will commence within one week.

Counselling Service

We are also able to offer consultancy in specialist areas including

• Behavioural Support
• Anxiety-Stress and Person Centred Counselling
• Anger Management

Consultation is offered on all aspects of work related violence by arrangement
